• You will be emailed a Simple Practice link to complete intake forms and securely enter your credit card or health savings account information. Your Simple Practice portal is unique to you and secure.

Fee: $135/55 minutes; in-person and online.

• $60 late cancellation/no-show fee. Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Payment due at the end of session; fees will be auto-deducted at the end of the business day.
